Any product or order that is unsatisfactory may be returned for a full refund less shipping costs provided the product does not show signs of use, abuse, or misuse and is returned with all original pacakaging, with the exception of magazine rebuild kits, ammunition, and customized parts; these sales are final. Customized parts include any part that has options when ordered such as a Ranger Plate upgrade. The returned items must be received within 14 calendar days of the order date. Returned orders that received free shipping will be refunded less the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping any returned product or order to MidwestPX, LLC; this includes the cost of shipment as well as properly packaging the shipment to prevent damage. Damage suffered while in-transit may result in denial of the return; insurance is highly recommended as is a trackable method of shipment.
Prior to shipping any return, the customer is required to notify Midwest PX, LLC by sending an email to info@midwestpx.com referencing the order date, invoice number, product(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. Products returned without prior notice will be marked "Return to Sender" Midwest PX, LLC will notify the customer upon receipt of the return and the outcome of the return request. |
