Shipping & Insurance
All shipment are FOB Origin.
Due to ITAR restrictions, shipments are limited to the fifty (50) United States. Midwest PX, LLC will not ship to APOs, FPOs, or territories. Midwest PX, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that is suspected of being shipped to a freight forwarding service as a means of exporting otherwise controlled articles covered by ITAR.
Midwest PX, LLC offers free shipping for orders of $100 or more. The shipping method provided for orders that qualify is either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at the discretion of Midwest PX, LLC
Midwest PX, LLC suggests all customers insure their orders and as such, shipping insurance is selected by default. Customers may opt out of the recommended insurance by de-selecting the option however by doing so, the customer accepts that if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Midwest PX, LLC is not liable for replacing the order.
If a shipment is incomplete, it must be reported to Midwest PX, LLC within three (3) calendar days of the order being received as reported by the delivery service.
If a firearm (including lower receivers) is damaged in transit, please do NOT take possession of it and instead contact us directly.
With the exception of the following listed items, all purchases made from Midwest PX, LLC carry a seven (7) calendar day return period that starts the day of receipt of the order as reported by the delivery service. Within that time, a customer may return unopened and unused items ordered for a refund however all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders that qualified for free shipping will also have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final.
Prior to returning an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org referencing the order number and item(s) being returned. Any shipment that arrives without prior notification will be marked "Return to Sender" and returned at the sender's expense.
The customer is responsible for arranging shipping of any returned items. Midwest PX, LLC highly recommends the use of an insured, trackable method of returning products such as UPS or FedEx. Responsibility for products damaged in transit while returning items is the responsibility of the customer, not Midwest PX, LLC. Once the returned item is received, the customer will be notified of the progress of the return.
If you receive a product that is defective, out-of-spec, or missing parts, you will need to contact the manufacturer and exercise the manufacturer's warranty. If you require assistance doing so, we are happy to help. Just email us at email@example.com and we'll help initiate the process. In the case of limited capacity magazines modified by Midwest PX purchased directly from Midwest PX or from one of our authorized dealers, please contact us directly for assistance.
Order Cancellations and Restocking Fees
Canceled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee based on the order total regardless of if the order has shipped or not.
Returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Midwest PX, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order. Should an order cancellation be initiated by Midwest PX, LLC, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Privacy and Security
Midwest PX, LLC values customer privacy and will never sell customer information to third parties. Midwest PX, LLC reserves the right to share information when investigating suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Midwest PX, LLC complies with legal, law enforcement requests such as subpeonas as well as requests from financial institutions to ensure the integrity of transactions processed.
